Savings

Cost savings, especially viewed over time, are dramatic. Hotels, hospitals and large nursing homes  spend individually as much as $500,000 annually on their laundry, so the implementation of the Laundry System would significantly reduce their overall costs. Cost savings will be realized in water, sewage, labor, machine maintenance and electricity expenditures in addition to chemical savings. The rinse cycle is a necessary, unavoidable component when using detergents, because the chemicals must be flushed out of the garments before they are removed from the washer for drying. If the garments are not properly rinsed, the fabric will be extremely stiff and have high concentrations of chemical residue.

The Laundry System does not need the numerous rinse cycles because there are limited chemicals to rinse out (bleach is sometimes still used as a whitener). The ionization action created by magnetic fields eliminates as much as half of the total water required, as well as eliminating the electricity used for the rinse cycles. This will result in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings for individual commercial customers when they replace detergents with the Laundry System.  There is also the additional cost savings of extended washing machine life resulting from the elimination of washing cycles.

Depending on the size of your laundry facility, your washing machine configuration and how many pounds your facility washes annually, the EcoTech Laundry System can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.
